This policy explains what Bizpoint collects when you visit the marketing site, create an account, or run a shop dashboard.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, email, and sign-in method.
• Shop details such as business name, URL, and categories.
• Customer and loyalty data you enter in a shop, including stamps and points.
• Device and usage data needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Bizpoint, sign you in, host your shop URL, and provide stamps, points, and team access. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-in

If you continue with Google, we receive the name and email Google shares for that account. Password sign-in stores a hashed password. We do not see your Google password.

Cookies

We use session cookies so you stay signed in on the business app and so the correct shop URL is used. These are required for the product to work.

Sharing

Shop owners and invited team members can see customer and loyalty data for that shop only. We may use hosting, email, and authentication providers to run the service. We share data when the law requires it.

Retention

We keep account and shop data while your shop is active. You can ask us to delete an account. Some records may be kept where we must for legal or billing reasons.
