These terms govern your use of Bizpoint, including the marketing site, business registration, and each shop dashboard on your shop URL.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you create an account. You are responsible for activity under your login, including team members you invite to a shop.

Your shop

When you register a business, you claim a shop URL on our domain. That address is licensed to you for as long as your account stays in good standing. You do not own the domain. We may reclaim reserved names or URLs that infringe on someone else.

Acceptable use

• Use Bizpoint for a real shop and its customers.
• Do not try to access another shop or customer data.
• Do not abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Plans and billing

Paid plans, if you subscribe, are billed according to the plan you choose. Fees are shown before you confirm. We may change plan prices with notice on the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
